When you use the App, we automatically collect certain information:

  • We will process your deletion request within 30 days.

8.4 Marketing Communications

You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by adjusting your notification preferences in the App settings.

8.5 Do Not Track

The App does not respond to Do Not Track signals. However, you can control tracking through your device settings.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use the App. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately at contact@sports10k.com, and we will delete the information.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
